For the upcoming academic year, we are looking for a motivated dual student in Hotel Management who wants to gain practical experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Aufgaben:
What will you do?
As a dual student, you will actively participate in our daily hotel operations and support various departments. You will be involved in:
• Front Office & guest relations
• Reservation management and administration
• Back-office processes and planning
• Event and banqueting coordination
• Observing within the F&B department
• Observing within housekeeping
• Basic tasks in revenue and yield management
• Quality control and guest satisfaction
• Operational support during busy periods
You will get to know the hotel from the inside and grow step-by-step towards a (future) leadership role.

Anforderungen:
Who are we looking for?
• You are enrolled at IBA Business School in the Hotel Management programme
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and passion for hospitality
• You are proactive, representative and service-oriented
• You can balance studies, work and deadlines effectively
• You enjoy working in a young and ambitious team
• You speak Dutch, German or English
• You own a car (not required)
